Dear Irene,

I know the feeling about the time zones... I can recommend this website to you which allows easy conversion of times:
www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter.html

According to that converter, the conference would start at 3 pm for you.
Might see you there in a few hours!

Re: 5th Annual Virtual MHM in WinS Conference Columbia University and UNICEF October 25th 2016

Dear Danika,

I have just registered for this virtual conference (my first one). I noticed that the program only becomes available AFTER registration (or is there a link for it? Maybe this link works even for non-registered people):
media.rampard.com/unicef/20161025/index.jsp

Also, could you please explain a little bit how this virtual conference will work. Which system will you use (Adobe Connect) and what is the time of the day?
Do I guess right that it starts at 8:00 New York time and finishes at 4:15 pm New York time?

My experience with webinars is that it helps people if you give them a few equivalent time zones, e.g. London, Delhi and Sydney. This makes it easier for people to orientate themselves.

Regards,
Elisabeth
