Re: Restrictions on the use of urine in agriculture in the UK?

You'd need a waste management license to use human urine in agriculture, from the regulator, which is Natural Resources Wales in Wales or the Environment Agency in England.

Restrictions on the use of urine in agriculture in the UK?

Hi,

I'm writing an MSc thesis on the potential for UDFTs and urine use in agriculture in the UK and was just wondering if anybody knows what the situation is in the UK with regard to using human urine as a fertiliser.

Any information or links would be much appreciated!

Many thanks and best wishes,
