Dear sanitation colleagues,

Currently WASTE Advisers is implementing the Sanitation Service Level Agreements in Blatyre Malawi, one of the components is Public Toilets. We are engaging private operators to run public facilities, we are analyzing different PPP modalities and one of the key parameters is to determine the number of users in public toilets. I am writing to get advice from any colleague who can recommend a people counting system for public toilets.
I will appreciate if you can share your experience and recommend any system.
